##### What are Epoch communications?

Epoch communications are automated notifications sent to guests on an event based on event settings. This includes reminders to fill out required questionnaires, self check-in notifications, and notifications to fill out an event feedback form.

##### Can I customize these communications?

The content of the communications cannot be customized. However, as an admin you can change when and how (Slack, email) a guest will receive self check-in and feedback form notifications.

##### How do I make these changes?

To change when or how a guest receives self check-in notifications:

1. Go to the **Registrations** tab of the editor
2. Click the **Self check-in** button
3. In the modal that opens you can update when the notification will be sent and whether it will be sent by email and/or Slack

To change when or how a guest receives notifications to fill out an event feedback form:

1. Go to the **Feedback** tab of the editor
2. Scroll to the **Feedback form questions** of the page
3. Click the **Settings** button
4. In the modal that opens you can update when the notification will be sent and whether it will be sent by email and/or Slack
