## Directory sync integration guide

Epoch maintains a Directory Sync connection between your organization's Directory Service Provider in order to maintain accurate and up-to-date user access for employees in your Epoch domain.

New Directory Sync connections are setup and managed by your Organization in [WorkOS](https://workos.com/about) (Epoch's API Management platform).

Setup of new [Directory Sync connections](https://workos.com/docs/directory-sync) are completed by a designated IT stakeholder from your organization through a streamlined, self-guided setup process within WorkOS. To setup a new Directory Sync connection with Epoch, please contact support@epochapp.com or your dedicated CX Lead, and our team will provide further instructions.
