## How to create a Zoom meeting

If you've [set up the Zoom integration](https://help.epochapp.com/articles/zoom-integration-guide) on your Epoch account, you'll be able to generate Zoom meeting links while creating events.

1. Go to **Dashboard**.
2. Click **Create event**.
3. On the Basics step, choose **Virtual** or **Hybrid**.
4. Click **Add Zoom meeting**. This will populate a meeting link created with your connected account in the **Virtual link** field.

**Note:** When you create a new meeting link, it will remain active for **30 days** from the date it’s created.

If your event is scheduled **more than 30 days in the future**, we recommend creating the meeting link closer to the event start date to ensure it remains valid.
