##### What is Epoch?

[Epoch](/content/site-root.html) is an employee experience platform that makes it easier for employees to discover and register for internal events. We meet employees where they are which is on Slack, email, and Calendar.

##### Do I need an account? How do I set it up?

Your account will already be set up - all you have to do is [activate it](http://help.epochapp.com/articles/activate-your-epoch-account)! You can activate your account through Epoch's web app ( **companyname**.epochapp.com) and log in through SSO. You can also activate your account right in your Slack workspace by interacting with any Epoch messages you see.

##### Want access to a beta feature?
