## When will guests be added to the calendar event?

##### Controlling when guests are added to the calendar invite

When creating an event, click the **Calendar event** button.

When editing an event, go to the **Settings** tab of the editor, and in the Calendar setting section, click the settings button.

The options are:

1. **When guests are invited** - when you invite guests to your event, they will immediately receive the calendar hold for the event on their calendar.
2. **Only after guests RSVP** - when you invite guests to your event, once they RSVP to the event, they will receive the calendar hold for the event on their calendar.
