Create custom categories

Super admins can now create custom categories for events and choose which ones appear as tabs on your home page, making it easier for employees to browse the events that matter to them.

Features & improvements

• Reminders Admins can now add and edit reminders up to 30 days after an event ends
• Reminders Default reminder scheduling now uses absolute time
• Events Updated cancel-event flow from the dashboard, a redesigned create modal, and several event duplication fixes
• Guests Guest department now reflects the user's current role, and the invite guest list no longer reorders unexpectedly
• Calendar Fixed calendar holds showing "Going" for a previous session after switching sessions

Google Meet now available to all

Google Meet is now fully rolled out. You can add a Meet link to any event directly from the editor.

• Multi-session Session capacity limits are now available on all multi-session event
• Events Added a typeable date input field
• Insights The CSV export now matches the Performance table, and events on the last day of a selected date range are included correctly

Agent Epoch for every admin

Agent Epoch is no longer limited to super admins. Any admin can now use it to create events, with access automatically scoped to the events, teams, and tags their permission level allows.

Google calendar view

Questionnaire cutoff

You can now set a date and time to stop accepting questionnaire responses for an event. You'll be able to use this feature if you have set a registration cutoff time and have added a questionnaire survey for an event. Learn more

• Outlook Fixed a bug where Outlook users were not added to Slack channels when they RSVP to an event
• Insights Updated the calculation for customer satisfaction scores to use the standardized CSAT calculation instead of the normalized calculation
• Insights Customer satisfaction scores are now calculated using the same logic on the Event Insights and Insights Dashboard

Multi-session capacity and target attendance

You can now set guest capacity limits and target attendance at the session level. Guests registering for a session that is at full capacity will now automatically be waitlisted. Learn more

You can now choose to keep all guest RSVP statuses when changing an event’s date or time, or to reset guest statuses to pending. Learn more

We've given Content its own space alongside Events, making it more visible and clear that they're different things. And shh—we're making space for something new too.

• General Fixed a bug where navigating back would reset to the first page or tab of the dashboard, now we’ll take you back to where you left off
• Discover New empty state when there aren't any upcoming events
• Events Fixed a bug where duplicating a multi-session event with generated Zoom links would get blocked for an admin without the integration
• Editor Name of admin who generated the meeting link now appears in the “virtual link” field
• Editor When a Zoom meeting generated by a deactivated account is automatically replaced by the current admin, we now show the new host’s name
